You have to squeeze enough amount of toothpaste onto your toothbrush and top it with Baking Soda then start brushing. Don't brush for too long because it could permanently damage your enamel (which is called as abrasion) leading to hypersensitivity. It should be best to use twice or thrice a month only. Know that Baking Soda can dissolve orthodontic glue so do not use this method if you have braces or permanent retainers. You will notice a slight difference after the first brushing. Your teeth will feel smoother and cleaner.
Another way to use this method is by mixing Baking Soda with a little bit of Hydrogen Peroxide. Trust me it works!
