Home Remedies For Teeth Whitening

I'm sure each and everyone of us wants to have a brilliantly white smile. But multiple visits to the dentist can be expensive and time consuming. Aside from the fact that stains will reappear in no time, you can avoid the hassle and expense by Home Remedies For Teeth Whitening.

Yeah, you could be caring for your teeth to the extreme level; it could still be stained by coffee, soda, tea, medicines, and smoking. On a daily basis the food we eat seeps into the fine cracks of our teeth, which make it impossible to brush it off. Well, there's whitening toothpastes available in the market but it could only take out minor discolorations. When the stain gets older, its more difficult to get rid of.

No matter how badly stained your teeth are, there's still hope! Baking Soda will bleach off those stains. I personally use this method because for the record, I am very very obsessed with my teeth. hee^_^hee.

You have to remember that Baking Soda is pretty abrasive though. If you dig your toothbrush directly on the baking soda and brush it on your teeth, it will hurt your gums or lips quite a bit. Mixing Baking soda with your toothpaste is the most convenient method I found through trial and error.

You have to squeeze enough amount of toothpaste onto your toothbrush and top it with Baking Soda then start brushing. Don't brush for too long because it could permanently damage your enamel (which is called as abrasion) leading to hypersensitivity. It should be best to use twice or thrice a month only. Know that Baking Soda can dissolve orthodontic glue so do not use this method if you have braces or permanent retainers. You will notice a slight difference after the first brushing. Your teeth will feel smoother and cleaner.

Another way to use this method is by mixing Baking Soda with a little bit of Hydrogen Peroxide. Trust me it works!
